Returns & Refunds
At Sidebar Designs, each piece is thoughtfully made by hand in our studio. Because of the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. That said, we want you to truly love your piece. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@shopsidebardesigns.com with your order number and photos, and we will gladly make it right.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged in transit, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Please keep all packaging materials and include photos when reaching out so we can file a claim if needed.

Custom Orders
All custom and personalized items (including silhouette intaglios) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
