Shipping Policy
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our studio in South Carolina.Each order is thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time
Because each piece is made and finished by hand, processing times may vary. Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 weeks. Framed and custom pieces may take 2–4 weeks to complete before shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out prior to purchasing and we will do our best to accommodate.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on the carrier and destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Delays
Sidebar Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
